Made from solid steel, The Vise is a simple tool for getting the maximum support out of a weightlifting belt. By sliding the device over the belt strap (whether single or two-prong), the user can quickly gain additional leverage when adjusting, ensuring a tighter, more protective fit. The Vise also provides a quick and easy way to remove the belt after a workout.

The purpose of any weightlifting belt is to provide support and reduce injury risks, but if a belt isn’t properly tightened, an athlete may not get the increased intra-abdominal pressure and bracing power that they should.
