THERAGUN WAVE DUO

From the makers of Theragun, the portable Wave Duo is a vibrating massaging roller that’s ergonomically contoured for optimal use on the back, spine, and neck. Five powerful vibration frequencies and high-fraction silicone wave grooves combine to deliver just the right angles of pressure to targeted areas, helping to release soreness, reduce tension, and improve range of motion.

The Wave Duo’s scientifically-calibrated shape comfortably applies pressure to the peaks and valleys of the back muscles on either side of the spine. It also curves around the calves, hamstrings, and glutes to help relieve hard to reach knots and trouble spots.

When connected via Bluetooth to the Therabody App, athletes can easily change the Wave Duo’s vibration intensity settings and utilize guided Wave Series recovery routines tailored to their specific needs.
