After watching 400LB powerlifter “Big Ray” Williams successfully hanging upside down from a set of Spud Inc. bands, the Spud team was thrilled, but also motivated to create a new strap that would deliver even more strength and rigidity—enough to suspend even the largest athletes for dependable traction with only one band required.

Rather than positioning bands at a height you have to climb your way up to, the Big Ray Strap allows you to get quickly and easily into position, while also expanding your overall range of motion. It’s a great way to do inverted hanging without worrying about touching the floor, and it’s also much easier to pop safely out and back to your feet when you’re done.

You can put the Big Ray on a bar, rack, etc., and the attachment makes it easy to slide the strap out of the way (while keeping it connected) as you move through other parts of your regimen.
