RAW WODROD

The WODROD is a compact, easy-to-use tool for treating calluses and keeping hands smooth. Equally suited to high-intensity weightlifters, rock climbers, gymnasts, or professionals who work with their hands, this lightweight aluminum device fits in any backpack or gym bag, and can be used both before or after a workout.

The unique cylindrical design of the WODROD combines a knurled, barbell-inspired handle with a perforated, abrasive insert sleeve. The grip-friendly handle gives the user the necessary leverage and control for firmly rolling and sanding into callused skin. The abrasive sleeve, meanwhile, is conveniently removable and replaceable, with extra reserve sleeves stored right inside the handle. Additional sleeves can also be purchased separately via the order menu on this page.

The “Raw” version of the WODROD includes no anodization, leaving the natural imperfections in the aluminum for a unique look and feel without any unwanted abrasiveness on the handle itself.
