Rapid Rings

Rapid Rings are designed for simple portability, fast set-up, and easy adjustments—with a durable construction to match.

You can use this system with your own gymnastic rings or order them with a set of Rapid Ring’s wood rings (1.11” or 1.25″ diameter) at an added cost (see order menu for options). A Gym Pack option is also available, which includes 5 sets of Rapid Rings, 5 pairs of rings, and a wall-mounted storage rack.

The quick-attach hooks and clearly marked straps of the Rapid unit allow athletes of any skill level to perform a wide range of rings exercises, customized to their training space, height, and personal goals. The rings and straps can also be used independently of the Rapid attachment.

If you’ve wanted to program rings into your workout routine but have been hesitant because of the hassle, Rapid Rings open up a new world of possibilities.
