Packaged in two different sizes to help better target small trouble spots and muscle soreness, RAD Rounds offer athletes an effective alternative to makeshift recovery tools like tennis balls or lacrosse balls. RAD Rounds massage balls are made from natural rubber, and they were designed and tested by RAD founders Mike Mallory (a biomechanics expert) and Dan McIntosh (a competitive triathlete) to efficiently find and relieve pressure points—particularly in challenging areas like the feet, hands, and neck.
