Based on the bio-mechanics of the spine, the RAD Roller massaging tool was carefully designed to safely and effectively improve posture and mobility, reduce soreness, and limit long term injury risks as you train. Use it to create movement and free restrictions in the spine, or use it to free up muscle tissue anywhere from the neck to the legs, through soft myofascial release (SMR). The RAD Roller can help empower people to work on their own bodies to create effective, long lasting change.

Made from a smooth, natural rubber, the RAD Roller functions like two independent 2.5” diameter massage balls fused together into a single unique tool. Lightweight and durable, the roller travels easy and can be used virtually anywhere.
