The Nike React Metcon Turbo is built super light for super quickness. Key Metcon features like the cushioned underfoot, rope wrap, and handstand heel clip are still part of this design, but pared down to shave off ounces without limiting functionality. The instep of the upper is also thinner and lighter but still durable enough to handle abrasion.

As with the original React Metcon, the Turbo edition’s responsive foam is ideally suited to quick, repetitive movements like box jumps and double-unders, while the outer mesh maintains airflow during high-intensity sets. The shoe’s wide flat heel offers stability on heavy lifts, and the grippy rubber sole is flexible enough for comfortable bends and pivots.
