The MiR Super Slim Air Flow Vest features MiR’s lowest profile design yet, measuring 14” x 15” x 1”, with 3” narrow shoulders and three adjustable straps to fit athletes of any size. Made from MiR’s cotton-blend airflow material, this vest can fit under a sweatshirt or jacket while still offering maximum breathability. It’s also paired with specialty high-grade iron weights (each weighing 0.9 LB), which can be easily added/removed to adjust your weight load between different workouts.

There are five Max Weight packages to choose from, which you can select in the purchase area: 8 LB, 16LB, 20LB, 24LB, and 32LB. 

Compared to some similar weighted / tactical vests, MiR designs ride high on the body and stay tight and secure without bouncing around throughout a regimen. The Super Slim model includes a heavy duty zipper, able to withstand 200 LB of pressure, and the vest itself is conveniently machine washable (cold water / air dry).
