Jerkfit NUBs

A simple way to lock down your hook-grip. Jerkfit Nubs® are durable elastic thumb wraps that many lifters have come to prefer over standard athletic tape. Sold in pairs, Nubs® are uniquely chalk and water absorbent, and their comfortable padding helps reduce friction, stabilize your grip, and prevent knurling related cuts or irritation.

Jerkfit Nubs® are hand-made in America and are completely Latex-free. There are three sizes to choose from (see sizing chart below), so you can select a pair that will stay firmly in place throughout a WOD while still being easy to put on and take off. Nubs® are also machine washable*, so you can clean and re-use a pair repeatedly without worrying about a build-up of sweat or odor.
