Ulnar and Radial Flexion Training Tool

The Twist Yo’ Wrist trainer from IronMind is a simple, portable tool for developing grip strength, stronger forearms, and—as the name suggests—omni-directional wrist strength.

The design includes a 4” diameter roller with a 4 ft. long climbing-grade accessory cord and a small snap clip. Connected to a weight plate or loading pin (not included), the twisting action of the Twist Yo’ Wrist is similar to opening a well-sealed pickle jar with one hand on the lid and the other on the base. By winding up the cord and then allowing it to unwind under control, the user is able to train both concentrically and eccentrically, with radial and ulnar deviation working muscles from the elbows to the fingertips.
