The MORPH offers all the benefits of a full-size foam roller in an innovative collapsible / fold-flat design. It’s available here in an “Alpha” format; a more intense, “nub” shaped surface that’s optimized for deep tissue massage and applying pressure to chronic trigger points and knots. A more traditional, low density version of the Morph Roller, the Bravo edition, is sold separately.

Measuring 14.5” long x 5.5” diameter when in use, the lightweight (1.75 LB) Morph Alpha folds down to a height of just 2”, making it uniquely portable and TSA-friendly without sacrificing the surface area you need for treating large areas of muscle tissue.

Each roller is handcrafted in Europe from 60 individual pieces, using strong eco-friendly materials like bamboo and aluminum. The result is an extremely dependable foam roller that’s tested at over 350 LBS.
