Designed for dependable palm protection and wrist stability in a free, non-restrictive design, Bear KompleX Carbon No Hole Speed Grips stick to any bar; slick or powder-coated, chalk or no chalk. From pull-ups and power cleans to deadlifts and gymnastics exercises, these durable grips not only reduce slipping and injury risks, but can help eliminate the ripped and calloused hands that often keep athletes unnecessarily out of the gym.

Each pair of No Hole Speed Grips is manufactured from a lightweight and sticky carbon fiber with reinforced triple stitching and a custom, supporting wrist strap positioned under the buckle. This strap will NOT dig into the wrist as you train; another upgrade over many similar bar grips on the market.

Important: DO NOT use or chalk these grips until you ensure the grips are the correct size. Sizing is approximate and often times a personal preference, so please keep in mind that you cannot return the grips once they have been used. Please refer to the Sizing Guide below.
