Bear KompleX Black Diamond No Hole Speed Grips are among the tackiest in the cross-training world and will stick to any bar; slick or powder-coated, chalk or no chalk (not only do they not require chalk for effective use, but they’re not even designed to hold much chalk if added . . .  it’s part of the Black Diamond “magic”). From pull-ups and power cleans to deadlifts and gymnastics exercises, these durable grips reduce slipping and injury risks and help eliminate the ripped and calloused hands that often keep athletes unnecessarily out of the gym.

Black Diamond Speed Grips are available in a wide range of sizes (see chart below) and include a reinforced neoprene layer on the wrist strap for increased comfort.
