Angles90 Grips

Angles90 Grips are freely movable handle attachments that enable a more natural range of motion during pulling movements (barbell deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, etc.) and other exercises. Developed by a former gymnast, these unique handles adapt to the lifter, minimizing stress on the wrists, elbows, and shoulders and reducing many common injury risks.

Boasting a max weight capacity of 400 LBS per handle, Angles90 Grips were tested rigorously by strength athletes and ergonomists at the Technical University of Munich in Germany, and they are manufactured in Italy from quality materials. The patented handle design allows for a range of different grip methods, including:

ERGONOMIC: Here, the handle fits the form of your hand, and the stronger part of your hand (the middle) does the most work while relieving pressure on the weaker parts. Ideal for high rep training.

POWER: Similar to gripping half of a gymnastic ring. With this method, the weaker parts of your hand are supported and you can lift heavier.

FOREARM: Instead of your middle finger, put your ring finger through the strap to increase the difficulty of gripping the handle. In this way, your forearms work harder.

POWER+: This position allows you to perform push exercises on cable machines. This grip is also used for heavy weights while doing pulling exercises.

Angles90 Grips can be attached to all kinds of pulling machines, cable machines, bars, and bands. Different grip positions require different muscles to be activated, so the free grip position of these handles allows athletes to train exactly at the angle that hits their targeted muscles the most. More dynamic movements also help develop greater stabilization and muscle tension; beneficial principles in all types of strength training.
