The Level 2 ACUMOBILITY BALL is made from a very dense, 35 Durometer Silicone material, making it more than twice as firm as the Level 1 Ball. Not for beginners, the Level 2 Ball is intended for intense myofascial release and deep trigger point mobility work. It’s not recommend for stability exercises.

The ACUMOBILITY BALL deviates from standard trigger point rollers and mobility balls by including a flat, stabilizing base. This allows the dynamic flexion ball to stay in constant contact with a trigger point as you go through your natural range of motion. No more worrying about the ball rolling out from under you.

The Level 2 ball can be used safely on any flat surface or manipulated by hand, working trigger points from the neck to the feet. You can also set up two ACUMOBILITY Balls for high-intensity lateral compression work—the spacing is perfect for rolling along the spine.
